Return & Refund Policy

Atreyu Herbal & Organics is committed to providing customers with authentic, carefully sourced and quality products. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. No Return After Delivery

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, safety and product integrity, products once delivered to the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully check the product details, quantity, specifications and delivery address before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transportation

• Incorrectly delivered

• Missing from the order

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund.

3. Products Damaged During Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears seriously damaged or tampered with, please record the condition through photographs/videos and contact us promptly.

Claims made after the specified reporting period may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched, subject to our ability to process the cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Important Note

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that products cannot be returned or exchanged after successful delivery, except where a product is found to have been incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit, or otherwise qualifies for a resolution under this policy.
