1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Orders may take additional time to process during weekends, public holidays, festive periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We primarily use courier services for delivery, depending on the serviceability of the delivery location.
Where courier services are not available or suitable for the destination, India Post may be used for delivery.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier/India Post service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number to avoid delays.

3. India Post – Prepaid Orders Only

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders shipped through India Post.
Orders sent through India Post must be fully prepaid before dispatch.
If India Post is the available or selected delivery option for your location, the order will be shipped only after successful receipt of payment.

4. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
